The Nominating Core (NC) Seeks out the most qualified candidates for each elected position to be filled on the Executive C.O.R.E. Council, the Vision Core, and the Nominating Core. Prior to our annual community meeting, the Nominating Core prepares a biographical guide correlating the qualities of the nominees with the qualifications as stated in the Organizational Design Model, and obtains the written consent to serve of each nominee, as well as an endorsement from our Community Spiritual Leader prior to the community election. The Nominating Core currently does not have representation on the C.O.R.E. Council, nor is the Nominating Core coordinator a voting member of the C.O.R.E. Council; however, there is a direct liaison with the Nominating Core to either the Chair or the Co-Chair of the C.O.R.E. Council. |
