what's happening: Event Request Form
Offer a Seminar, Workshop, Class or Event at OCSL
Oakland Center for Spiritual Living (OCSL) appreciates your willingness to offer an event, workshop and/or class at our Center. All requests are reviewed by the Ecclesiastical Core (EC) when they meet on the 1st Wednesday of the month. Request forms are reviewed for the following quarter. You will be notified by a member of the EC regarding the status of your request.
Steps for Requesting a Special Event at OCSL:
- Please read the Procedure for Special Events Request policy.
- Review the OCSL's online calendar for available dates for your event, prior to submitting the Event Request Form.
- Fully complete and submit the Event Request Form to the Ecclesiastical Core (EC) Coordinator, via the "Click Here to Submit Form" button located at the bottom of the Event Request form, after you have read and agreed to the Procedure for Special Events Request.
- NOTE: The Event Request Form has required fields that must be completed, otherwise the "Click Here to Submit Form" button will not execute to the next phase.
- Required fields are indicated in red.
