spiritual practices: Meditation
Meditation is a tool that can put us in touch with the spiritual reality of life. It quiets our minds, relaxes our bodies, and focuses our attention. From this centered place we can make choices based on an understanding of our individual place in the cosmic order and our personal experience of God as the Creative Power in our lives.

Guided meditation is available in our sanctuary at the following times:

  • Every Sunday at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. (30 minutes before each service)
  • Every Tuesday from 12–1 pm:  The Lunchtime Labyrinth Walk, a sacred space to meditate, journal, walk the labyrinth and receive Deeksha (the Oneness Blessing).

In addition, the sanctuary is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. every day for quiet meditation and contemplation.
